Up Hill Forest is 100% pure stingless bee honey harvested from resin-lined honey pods near the edge of one of the oldest rainforests on earth.
Created from wild fruits, blossoms, saps, and forest-edge blooms thriving along the hills where the jungle reaches toward the sun, this honey is sweet, sour, deeply fruited, and vivid on the palate.
Up Hill Forest is generally our boldest sour honey of the harvest — a fruit-forward stingless bee honey with bright tang, dark color, and a layered finish shaped by bloom timing, pod harvest, and the living rainforest edge.

The Story of Kelulut Stingless Bee Honey
Our multifloral wild Trigona bee honey is harvested fresh from pods located near fruit groves at the edge of Peninsular Malaysia’s 130-million-year-old rainforest. These stingless bees build networks of resin-lined honey pots rather than traditional honeycomb, creating a honey style known for bright acidity, smooth texture, and bold sour-sweet character.
Throughout the year, the bees forage from a wide selection of nectars, saps, herbs, blossoms, and tropical fruits. Their tiny bodies allow them to reach smaller flowers and forest sources, helping create honey with vivid acidity, deep fruit notes, and distinctive harvest character.
As a raw, unfiltered honey, Up Hill Forest may contain naturally occurring enzymes, pollen traces, organic acids, and plant-derived compounds that contribute to its color, aroma, acidity, texture, and finish.
The result is a rare, origin-led stingless bee honey — deeply fruited, boldly tangy, and tied to the hill forest edge of the Malaysian rainforest.
